We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Supervisor to lead and support our team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. You will be responsible for operational management of the pharmacy, regulatory enforcement, and optimizing patient services.

Main responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the pharmacy team
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical standards and regulations
• Optimize inventory management and medication supply
• Ensure quality customer service and advise patients
• Implement strategies to improve the pharmacy's profitability and performance
• Coordinate staff training and skills development

Skills and Experience Required

• State Pharmacy Diploma required
• Significant experience in pharmacy management or team supervision
• Good knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and good dispensing practices
• Management, leadership, and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate a team
